Position: Regional Sales Manager - LAP

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales team in the Gujrat region. The RSM will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets for LAP products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mortgage or financial services sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve LAP sales targets in the region. Identify market opportunities and trends to drive business growth. Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to sales representatives to ensure success. Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business expansion. Explore new channels and opportunities for LAP sales growth. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, volume, and profitability. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences. Use market intelligence to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Mitigate risks associated with LAP sales activities and transactions. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data analysis. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, credit, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for LAP sales initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience in mortgage or financial services sales, with at least 12 to 18 years in a leadership role. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of LAP products, mortgage lending processes, and regulatory requirements. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
