JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience: 6months+ year in IT recru it ment (contract & permanent)
--Good knowledge in technologies.
--Sourcing the su it able and qual it y candidates from the target companies w it h the help of resources provided.
--Sourcing the candidate through job portals like naukri and monster and also through network and reference.
--Coordinating w it h them in weekday and weekends drive.
--Formating the candidate profile as per client requirement.
--Responsible to coordinate w it h offered candidate until joins the organization.
--Recru iting appropriate candidates for contract,contract to hire and direct hire job orders.
--Should have excellent communication skills.
Education-
PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
