Position: Regional Sales Manager - Gujarat
Company: Jagdish Farshan Pvt Ltd Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives. - Manage and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in the Gujarat region. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall brand positioning and promotional activities. - Monitor and report on regional sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Develop and execute effective sales promotions, product launches, and other initiatives to drive revenue growth. - Ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and timely delivery of products to meet customer demands. - Represent Jagdish Farshan Pvt Ltd at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the food industry, preferably with expertise in snacks or related products. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. - In-depth knowledge of the Gujarat market, including key customers, distributors, and market dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions. - Ability to travel within the Gujarat region as needed. - Familiarity with food safety and quality standards. - Results-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
