Job responsibilities;

The candidate will be responsible for solutioning frontend for Randstad RiseSmart's innovative Outplacement and Talent mobility solutions.

As a member of the UI team, you will 

• Drive independently the building of new features and UI initiatives and acts as a primary point of contact for the UI aspect of the product in that area 
• Develop code and UI components using best practices laid out by the organization 
• Implement the features based on the product requirements and UX designs 
• Ensure that the implemented components are unit tested and ready to be integrated into the product What You Will Do
• Build responsive, elegant and engaging experiences with future friendly web technologies 
• Work closely with designers, back-end developers and stakeholders to improve usability 
• Implement product features in a variety of applications including single page, web apps and browser extensions 
• Implement efficient and scalable design and code 
• Build, enhance and maintain web applications that support/allow different front-end frameworks to co-exist 

What You Will Need 

• BE/BTech/MCA with 1-3 years of experience 
• Strong JavaScript skills with in-depth knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (Reactjs / Angular)
• Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, Sass, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON
• Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze web applications using HTML, CSS and comparable languages 
• Expert knowledge of browser and device differences / limitations 
• Understanding of Accessibility, Internationalization (i18n) requirements for the website 
• Experience in REST API integration and debugging 
• Continued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy and technology 
• Understanding of the Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with the tools for version control (Git, BitBucket, SVN) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Experience in building custom UI widgets (Good to have)
• Knowledge of figma (Good to have)
