Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Identifying potential vendors/suppliers for raw materials, components, and equipment based on quality, cost and delivery time.
• Negotiating and finalizing contracts with vendors/suppliers and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Monitoring vendor performance and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Compare, evaluate and negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing from suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
• Other purchase & inventory related activities
