Job description

Winning the sales. Represents the company through the order winning process by planning, prioritizing opportunities and selling with special regard to customer preference, the power structure, and our specific solution. The AM has a geographic focus or an industrial focus. · Development of customer´s base on both NCD and NBD level · Implementation of strategy in his/her area of responsibility · Development (incl. market penetration) of sales · Internal and external networking, collecting and sharing information about market, customer, competitor, etc. using recognised tools · Order winning; directs the discussion on all levels with the customers in the way that customer will decide to choose our brand’s quotations over competitors. In tough situations convinces the customer and is willing to "fight" to close the deal · Responsibility for the account incl. the coordination of all communication to the customer and all relevant sales documents · Negotiation of commercial and project conditions and closing the sales · Monitoring and giving feed-back regarding progress of important customer projects to multiply local success · Representation of the company in a professional way (ambassador) Make outbound calls /follow up on Offers sent Customized care for KEY Accounts

B.E. - Instrumentation or Electronics or Electrical or Mechanical Experience 7 to 12 years’ experience in Component Sales and System Sales. Technical Inclination and Exposure to Value Based Selling. Languages needs to know English / Hindi / Local language. IT Skills MS Office, Exposure to CRM / SAP preferred, Autocadd exposure preferred
