Description

The Executive Assistant will play an important role within our India team by delivering outstanding operational assistance across cohorts. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with our leadership team while enjoying visibility of the full cycle of EF including founder selection and program operations

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be varied and evolving with no two days the same. You'll juggle various priorities, including:

Calendar management and general support:

  • Manage professional scheduling and calendar management for the leaders for both business and program activities locally as well as internally with global co-workers.
  • Manage travel logistics, including accommodation and transportation.
  • Organise events for both EF's program and internal teams;
  • Undertake monthly expenses management.

Office, Events & Communication:

  • Identify opportunities for improving the office, implementation new processes where necessary, and manage the meeting rooms to make sure they are used appropriately.
  • Track weekly communications needed and draft communications to be posted on Slack.
  • Keep the team accountable to various deadlines and milestones as team coordinator.
  • Be our local champion for culture, values and social celebrations.
  • Support with event coordination and management, including talent events where we've invited a large number of potential founders, running selection days, organising dinners, events
  • General Operations: Manage databases, Tooling, Salesforce operations, office & IT administrative management, onboarding talent, event preparations, and vendor coordination

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • You'll have a love of startups and fast paced, dynamic environments
  • You ideally have some experience (perhaps 1-3 years) in a similar role as Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Operations Coordinator
  • You'll be an operational wizard and able to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously, with a strong sense of prioritisation
  • You'll use your highly engaging, personable and positive character to create a force for good in the office and will love being an ambassador for our culture and values locally
  • A love of learning and adapting to changing needs or circumstances
  • A customer-centric approach that shapes your thinking and drives your determination to achieve great results.
