Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager at HireX. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, driving business growth and revenue. They will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, plan and implement strategies, and provide exceptional customer service. Some work will be based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

Account Management, Key Accounts, and Business Planning skills Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make strategic decisions Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
