Payments / Banking experience

Senior experienced (10 to 15 years) technical delivery programe manager

Key strengths required in

1. E2e Project planning, monitoring and control, delivery,
2. Agile/Sprint Planning,
3. E2e Testing and defects monitoring, collaborating with hands-on test leads
4. Agile Metrics,
5. Risk management,
6. Budget and financial management,
7. 1-2 project planning and SDLC tools (Jira / ADO / MS Project / MS Excel / Clarity / Planview etc.)
8. Effective and assertive communication skills
9. Negotiation skills, conflict management etc.
10. Ability to orchestrate across Cash and 30+ other interfacing applications for complex project deliveries
11. Knowledge and appreciation of tech aspects (Dev, Microservices / Cloud native arch., DevSecOps, e2e Testing, Release Plans)
12. Multiple large payments programs a must
13. Needs to have experience delivering in a multi-country complex environment
