Responsibilities

  • Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties that can be acquired to do business with OYO
  • Meet property owners and sell OYO's vision of providing comfortable stays for many
  • Build a joint business plan with the property owners to have a profitable business association and bring them on board our platform
  • Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till the property goes live on the OYO platform
  • Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
  • Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
  • Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and OYO's Operations/Revenue team

Required Skills

  • Networking ability
  • Proofreading of legal contracts
  • Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email writing)
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Analytical ability

Key Performance Indicators

  • Number of Sellable Rooms signed/made live month on month
  • Gross margin derived from the properties signed

What We Are Looking For

  • 2 to 7 years of experience
  • Experience of B2B sales/client onboarding
  • Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry would be an added advantage

Candidate should have experience in Lead Generation, Client Onboarding/B2B Sales

CTC: Upto 7.8 LPA ( Out of which 6.2 LPA Fixed)
