Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of B2B sales professionals. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients in every sector. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor and assess the performance of the sales team. Analyses data to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to optimize performance. Ensuring an incremental sales month on month.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities and thus maximizing sales.
Sales Training: Develop and deliver effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field with a passion in sales.
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
