Job description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product lifecycle management (PLM), consumer hardware engineering, or a similar industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with program management for hardware engineering tools and PLM projects from concept to launch.
- 8 years of experience implementing PLM tools.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams on requirements, roles, responsibilities, and project timelines to launch data and analytic products.
- Experience with artificial Intelligence implementation in hardware product operations and PLM solutions.
- Experience with measuring cost, spend, on time performance, and other key performance metrics of key hardware product operations and business processes.

The team is part of the Central Engineering Tools team dedicated to ensure seamless operations of design, engineering, and quality, compliance tools and processes. The mission is to empower engineers to design and launch products that consistently meet cost, quality, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee hardware engineering projects and Product Lifecycle Management initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create and maintain the technical implementation plan of record, provide regular written and verbal updates to stakeholders and senior leadership cross-functionally.
- Work with partner organizations to manage technical and business aspects of projects, partnerwith Product Managers and Engineering leads to drive alignment and prioritization.
- Define, develop, and evolve development, release processes, and tools.
- Develop and execute on organizational change management plans and communications.
