JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER
Role Overview: The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth, revenue, and strategic partnerships for the Chamber. They lead a dynamic team, focusing on membership expansion, financial sustainability, and enhancing the Chamber's influence.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES: 1. Membership Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand the membership base by converting leads into new members.
2. Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets through sales of memberships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities.
3. Member Engagement: Foster member satisfaction, engagement, and renewals for a strong and loyal member community.
4. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture partnerships with key organizations to enhance the Chamber's reach and influence.
5. Event Success: Drive participation and sponsorship for Chamber events by engaging sponsors and encouraging member involvement.
6. Market Insights: Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify new opportunities for effective sales strategies.
7. Team Leadership: Lead and support the sales team, ensuring performance, growth, and training needs are met.
8. CRM Utilization: Optimize sales processes and customer relationships through effective use of CRM tools.
9. Reporting & Analysis: Provide comprehensive sales reports and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
10. Brand Ambassador: Maintain a professional image while representing the Chamber to external stakeholders and the business community.
JOB SKILLS: 1. Team Leadership: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
2. Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
4. Lead Generation: Proven experience in lead generation.
5. Social Media: Proficient in leveraging social media platforms.
