Description

Identify, define and improve Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) customer on line User Interface (UI) such as buttons, open text boxes, error messages, and hyperlinks, and User Experience (UX) such as navigation and accessibility to bring world-class experience to market for customers.

Identify, define, and improve GM back end Global Profile Management System (GPMS) and Global Profile Identity Management System (GPIMS) customer focused features including Sign In, Create Account, Profile Management, Security, and Data and Privacy, for GM myBrand sites, using Figma wireframe tool. Create and write GPMS and GPIMS technical features including Business to Customer/Customer to Business data flows and technology adoption, using MS Azure DevOps tool.

Perform, collaborate with Reporting Teams, and define customer and system key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs), using PowerBI and Tableau, to measure data including customer failed experiences and identify UI and UX areas for improvement.

Duties may be performed remotely.

Additional Description

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.

One (1) year of experience as IT or Technical Operations Analyst, Operational Analyst, Assistant Manager, or related role.

Experience performing and defining customer and system key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs), using PowerBI and Tableau, to measure data or to measure the flow of data.
