I
- Processing employees' reimbursement claims as per company policies.
- Handling employees' queries related to their claims rejected or clarifications on additional supporting documents.
- Petty cash accounting for the spends by admin team and top up the cash in prepaid card as per the limit defined.
- Posting the corporate credit card expense entries in WD and ensure payments are done on time.
- Coordinating with our internal audit team to get all the claims signed off by them.
