We have contracted a company base in Hyderabad, India, Harmony United Medsolutions, PVT. LTD. to provide assistance in the different aspect of operations of our company in the USA.

We are currently hiring Accounts Manager who can join us immediately at our Hyderabad location.

Mandatory Requirements:

 

• You must have scored 80% marks in your 10th and 12 th standard.
• Your schooling must be from an English Medium School.
• You must be an MBA Graduate from IIM or Top 50 Indian B-Schools ONLY
• You must have at least 2 years of experience in the field of accounts and finance. Experience in the US healthcare field is preferred but not required. 

OR

You must have completed MBA from an English-Speaking Country (US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) and have at least 3 years of work experience in these countries in the field of accounts and finance.

Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department

Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.

Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

Ensure all operations in respective departments are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

Works closely with CEO on other special planning and departmental projects.

Manage budgets and forecasts in respective departments.

Recruit, train and supervise staff.

Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

• month and end-year process
• accounts payable/receivable
• cash receipts
• general ledger
• payroll and utilities
• treasury, budgeting
• cash forecasting
• revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• capital assets reconciliations
• check runs
• fixed asset activity
• debt activity

Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

Coordinate and complete annual audits.

Works closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices.

Requirements and skills:

Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, or Finance Manager.

Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases.

Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.

Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to direct and supervise.

•    Fixed Night Shift: 6:30 pm to 5:30 am IST
•    Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)
•    Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
