Customer Support - (Tamil)

Responsibilities & Requirements :

1. Handle 100-120 inbound calls (Tamil+Hindi) & addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

2. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

3. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.

4. Fluent in Tamil and proficient in Hindi

5. Previous experience in customer service or fresher.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
