Senior Data Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer candidate with experience in ETL using Informatica Cloud Products, Machine Learning, and Data Science using Python, to join our team in Bengaluru or Chennai or Hyderabad.
You will report to the Senior Manager, IT - Enterprise Data Office.
You will build/enhance complex mappings with hybrid integrations across platforms to enable self-serve analytics for our downstream consumers. As per the need, you will also get opportunity to work on various Informatica Products such as Cloud Data Integration, Mass Ingestion, MDM SaaS, INFA Core, Cloud Data Governance, Application Integration, etc. to build various data pipelines. You will also be coding complex SQL queries to facilitate our Finance Business partners. In addition, you will be working with Machine Learning Models to optimize our customer's processes for Go To Market strategies or even to identify data anomalies.

- Informatica Cloud Products such as IICS, MDM SaaS, Mass Ingestion, CDQ, CDGC, INFA Core, Application Integration, etc.

Your Role Responsibilities Here's What You'll Do
- Develop and implement extremely complicated mappings, task flows connecting to APIs using Informatica products, shell scripts, Python, etc..
- Code/understand highly complex queries on different databases such as Azure SQL DB, ADLS Gen 2, etc., to implement Business functionalities.
- Debug Production issues and participate in Performance Tuning activities.
- Present design reviews & code walkthroughs to highly technical team & incorporate review comments and create flawless KB articles.
- Consistently create POCs to evaluate new technologies and present to highly technical audience.
What We'd Like to See
- Experience working on Jupyter Notebook, Databricks & Postman.
- Uncover better ways of developing data pipelines and ML Models.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology, Scrum, Retrospectives, etc..
- Strong appetite to learn new technologies, be on top of the learning curve and deliver consistently by being a resilient high-performer.
- Excellent in creating catchy presentations to highlight road-blockers or pitch new ideas.
- Good Knowledge of Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc..
- Constantly guide and mentor junior members in the team to become high-performers.
Role Essentials
- 5 - 8 years of in-depth & hands-on experience in Informatica Cloud Products, PL-SQL & scripting with focus on AI/ML.
- Mastery on advanced analytical functions, SCD Types & Normalization forms.
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning and large language models & knowledge on transformer models.
- Setting up LangChain pipeline including efficient prompt engineering and parsing.
