Job Overview

We are hiring an HR Executive to join our team at RDS Digital, a creative digital marketing agency located in Bangalore, India. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the human resources activities of our organization. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and administration.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new employees, including conducting interviews and coordinating the onboarding process
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee relations and resolve issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • Maintain HR records and compile reports on HR metrics
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices
