Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in talent acquisition for our D2C operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing and Networking:
Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source and attract high-quality candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Candidate Assessment:
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and participate in assessment centers or other evaluation methods.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
Familiarity with current sourcing and recruitment trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
