As an Analyst, you will specialize in requirement gathering and to analyze the same in respective areas. Your role is of key importance, as it lays down the foundation for the entire project.
What we are looking for:
Must-Have:
- Strong Development skill on SAS (SAS Viya 3.5, SAS 9.3 and SAS 9.4) technological stack and main tool (DIS, Enterprise Guide, Visual Analytics).
- Development experience using client tools like SAS EG and SAS DI Studio
- Very good knowledge of SQL language (complex queries and stored procedures)
- Queries and stored procedures optimization skills
- Proficiency in AIX and Linux Operative Systems system administration (users, group, scheduling, -), shell definition. Good knowledge of distributed filesystem management (GPFS, HDFS). Experience on Struts framework.
- On local SAS installation (on Windows 7 and 10) and package management
Good-to-Have: - Knowledge of banking domain will be considered a plus
Responsibilities: - Perform technical Level 2/Level 3 troubleshooting and demonstrate problem solving skills
- Debug/Troubleshoot/Enhance SAS based applications for which one needs to have expert knowledge in Base SAS, Macro and Advanced SAS and considerable development experience in SAS using the client tools SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Data Integration Studio
- Follow software development lifecycles/methodologies, preferred exposure to Agile development
- Trouble shoot using tools such as JIRA,ALM
- Enhancing the applications which require advanced knowledge of common design patterns and when they should be used
