Job Description: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at our Mohali office. As a Graphic Designer at Gini Health, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across various platforms to support our marketing, branding, and product initiatives. Key Responsibilities: -Develop creative and visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, marketing collaterals, and more. -Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and objectives. -Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content. -Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design assets and maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or related field. -Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools. -Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. -Portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
