Job Title: Production Support Position: Software Engineer Experience: 3- 6 Years Category: Software Development/ Engineering Main location: India, Karnataka, Bangalore

Required qualifications to be successful in this role Experience 4-6 years of relevant application production support or support experience L1 & L2 Support Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad and chennai Essential/Specific Requirements Prior experience of Production Support preferably in banking domain Excellent knowledge of SQL queries ( Oracle/MS SQL Server - SQL) ability to understand complex and advanced joins Good experience on systems like Windows, UNIX and Linux Working knowledge or familiarity with tools like Geneos, ServiceNow, Jira, Autosys
