Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer Personal Loan at HDFC Bank located in Surat. The Sales Officer Personal Loan will be responsible for lead generation, channel sales, sales operations, customer service, and communication with potential customers.
Qualifications
- Customer service, communication, and lead generation skills
- Experience in sales operations and channel sales
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Graduation required
- 2-5 years of experience in personal loan sales or relevant field preferred
