As Paperflite's Customer Onboarding Specialist, you're the architect behind the scenes, crafting stellar experiences for our new customers. Dive into proactive engagement, gather crucial info, set up accounts, and deliver A-grade training. Your mission: make onboarding a breeze.

Time to get down to business: Here's what you'll be doing:
- Gather essential customer details and any additional requirements necessary to establish their account.
- Work seamlessly with the product and tech teams, creating a synergy of collaboration. Your goal Ensuring the onboarding experience is not just smooth but an outstanding collaborative effort.
- Step into the role of an educator, guiding customers through demos and walkthroughs. Your goal is to transform them into confident Paperflite pros, ready to navigate the digital landscape effortlessly.
- Navigate the twists and turns of the onboarding rollercoaster. Keep customers informed, and ensure that their journey is not only exciting but also enjoyable.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate any technical problems to the appropriate team for resolution. In other words: In moments of turbulence, be the first responder. Fix glitches, resolve issues, and if things get too tricky, be the expert who knows when to call in reinforcements.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer onboarding experience.
- Craft connections that stand the test of time. Your role extends beyond onboarding to ensure the long-term success and satisfaction of customers with the product or service.
Must-Have Gear: What you'll need to join the team:
- 1-5 years of hands-on expertise in creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Communication Champ, fluent in both the written and spoken word.
- Thriving in the fast lane, juggling tasks, and setting priorities like a seasoned professional
- Known for swooping in, solving customer hiccups, and calling in the tech teams when needed
- Tech Navigator: Smoothly cruising through the digital world, mastering customer relationship tools without breaking a sweat.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
