1. Monitor Man/Van availability as per shift at cross dock
2. Unloading of load & loading of van
3. Runsheet Creation – Adhering cut-off timelines
4. Timely dispatch of vans from cross dock
5. Achieve conversion/breach targets for assigned beats
6. Physical reconciliation of totes (Delivered, Reattempt, RTO/Part RTO)
7. Loading of canters and send it back to FC on time
8. Product verifications for part RTO/Transit Damage'
