Designation - General Manager - Finance.

Reporting to - CFO

Location - Corporate Office , Hyderabad

 

Role Description

The role will be of General Manager - Finance, with a broad array of responsibilities around the finance function.

While the core responsibility will be of managing accounting and reporting (both internal and external), treasury management, financial analysis and secretarial matters, the candidate, as part of the finance leadership, is also expected to have support the CFO in developing and implementing the financial strategies towards the business objectives of the company.

 

Qualifications

Chartered accountant and/or MBA in finance from a tier one institution. other professional qualification like CFA/CMA will be a plus.

 

Experience

•Minimum professional experience of 12 - 16 years, with relevant experience as a finance controller or similar role.

•Experience with working for a MNC.

•In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting.

Working experience with IFRS, Taxation and or SAP is a plus.

 

Roles and Responsibilities :

•Prepare, review and analyze financial statements, and provide insights to inform decision-making.

•Responsible for short term and long-term financing and cash management.

•Responsible for leading the planning cycle, including quarterly forecasts, yearly budgeting and long-term strategy.

•Co-ordinate external and internal audits.

•Ensure secretarial compliance through the company secretary.

•Monitor, analyze and report on the financial performance of the organization.

•Lead, coach and develop the team.

•Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor to CFO and leadership team.
