About the role:
Tiger's growth trajectory brings with it a variety of challenges, which will need to be prioritized and solved the right way to help us scale. A subset of these problems is very cross-functional, unstructured, fuzzy, and complex in nature. We have a small & agile Strategic Initiatives team as part of the founders' office that works with key leaders to address these problems. You will work closely with key stakeholders across delivery and support functions to conceptualize programs, conduct project/process experiments, and drive adoption of successful ones across the company.
Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:
● 9+ years in internal strategy/planning/program management roles, in the tech or consulting domain
● Ability to identify and bridge process gaps across various functional areas
● Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/leaders across the organization to formulate solutions, implement processes, and bring in efficiencies
● Strong sense of personal initiative, a flair for creative thinking, and driving change with measurable outcomes
● Adaptive to a fast-paced workplace, managing multiple projects and solving unstructured/evolving business problems
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● MBA from reputed institute preferred
Designation will be commensurate with expertise/experience. Compensation packages among the best in the industry
