Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in Django and Next.js frameworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our innovative products. They should have a strong grasp of front-end and back-end technologies, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering scalable and efficient software solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Utilize your expertise in Django and Python for robust back-end development, coupled with React for creating intuitive and efficient front-end solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality and impactful healthcare solutions. Design and implement efficient APIs and interfaces for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and actively participate in troubleshooting and debugging to maintain product excellence. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience across devices. Contribute to architectural and design discussions, providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvements. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance development processes and methodologies. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and progress tracking. Skills and Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with expertise in Django, React, Python, JavaScript. Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript programming language and its best practices. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React.js, or similar frameworks. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party services. Proficient in Django ORM, Django REST framework, and understanding of Django's class-based views. Experience with database technologies, such as PosgresSQL, Redis. Design and optimize database schemas for healthcare data. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and AWS cloud services Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
