As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer and Illustrator to join our talented team and help us create captivating visual experiences.
Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer and Illustrator at Tutorac, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and illustrating various marketing collateral, branding materials, and digital assets. You will collaborate closely with our creative team, including art directors, writers, and marketing professionals, to translate ideas into visually stunning graphics that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media content, print media designs and more, that align with our brand identity and messaging.
Illustration: Produce original illustrations and artwork for various projects, infographics, and promotional materials or if you are not that great with sketching, we do have a sketching artist who can assist you.
Conceptualization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into design concepts.
Branding: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design work, ensuring consistency and a strong brand presence.
Creative Input: Offer innovative design ideas and solutions to enhance our visual content and marketing efforts.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.
Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit graphics and illustrations.
Feedback and Collaboration: Provide constructive feedback on design work, and work collaboratively with team members to iterate on designs.
Qualifications:
It's not mandatory to have a Bachelor's degree. but, having a bachelor's in Graphic Design, Illustration is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a graphic designer and illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and illustration work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of current design trends and technologies.
