Opening for Social Media Marketing Manager / Content Writer
Experience - 3 Years Plus Budget - Upto 80 K Per Month Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The individual should be well-versed in various digital channels and possess a strong analytical mindset to optimize campaigns and measure performance effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Digital Strategy Development:** - Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals. - Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches. 2. **Campaign Management:** - Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEM, social media, email, and display advertising. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. - Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaigns in real-time. 3. **Content Marketing:** - Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience. - Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing objectives. 4. **Analytics and Reporting:** - Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns. - Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 5. **Budget Management:** - Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. - Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising campaign effectiveness. 6. **Team Leadership:** - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities. 7. **Cross-functional Collaboration:** - Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product management, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business strategies. 8. **Innovation and Experimentation:** - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing. - Encourage and lead experimentation with new tools and methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. 9. **Client Interaction:** - Understand client requirements and objectives to tailor digital marketing strategies accordingly. - Conduct client meetings and calls to discuss campaign performance, address queries, and provide insightful recommendations. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery of results.
