Job Responsibilities:
Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail.
Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
Follow up with patients at all stages.
Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient
