Responsibilities
Identify and analyze user requirements Create work breakdowns and task detailing for programmers to use to write code Prioritize, assign and manage tasks across the SDLC Write well-designed code (Java, Python, PHP, RoR, JS, etc.) Review, test, debug and approve team members code Plan and deliver projects on schedule Requirements And Skills Train team members on required skills and upskilling 5+ years of experience as a Software developer or similar roles Experience designing, building and testing applications Hands on experience with multiple programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, PHP) and RDBMS (e.g. MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, etc.) Should have experience in managing teams to ensure technical deliveries Problem-solving Abilities And Excellent Communication Skills Ability to work in a team Incumbent must have minimum 2 programming skills +databases(Java + PHP/Python) & (SQL/ MySQL/ NoSQL/ PostgreSQL/ MongoDB, Oracle)Job tags
