Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role in Chennai for a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with our development and product teams to design and develop user interfaces and experiences for our products. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, conducting user research, and developing user flows and information architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, and Figma
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders
• Experience with accessibility and designing for diverse user groups is a plus
• Experience with mobile design is a plus

Familiarity with the latest design trends and best practices is highly desirable.
