- Demonstrate thorough understanding and operational knowledge of UAV systems.
- Conduct drone demonstrations for customers and train partners in drone operations.
- Employ strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve problems effectively.
- Create detailed root cause analysis reports and document issues using Microsoft Office tools.
- Showcase the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Provide exemplary customer support and efficiently manage customer complaints.
- Oversee warehouse management, including storage and charging of batteries.
- Manage logistics for drone demonstrations and handle inbound shipments.
- Candidates must possess a Part 107 License for drone operation in the USA.
