Job description

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of systems engineering experience in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Intune MDM, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive),

VMware vSphere/vCenter, and some degree of exposure to public Cloud Hosting Technologies (AWS or Azure).

2+ years of experience providing L2 production help desk support.

2+ Years of Azure experience and knowledge.

Experience in providing efficient and timely answers to a wide range of technical questions. Provides customers with a feeling of confidence in the teams professionalism, reliability, and commitment to MSP Squares technology.

Experience working with US clients is must.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert

MSP Experience

Mac OSX Experience

Exposure to MDM Solutions (Microsoft M365 Intune MDM, Citrix XenMobile, VMware AirWatch, Cisco Meraki Systems Manager).

Key Responsiblities-

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and complex problem resolution on escalated issues while monitoring and maintaining application environment stability.

Act as an escalation point, for Service Operations where there is a need to escalate to L2/L3 and for problems pertaining to IT technology with a view to re-engineering.

Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), VMware vSphere, and Windows Server/OS.

Technical experience with modern deployment and management technologies Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Subject Matter Expert level

Extensive technical expertise in designing and building virtual working solutions using Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktops (WVD), Multi-Session Windows 10 Subject Matter Expert level.

Azure experience and knowledge. Experience with other cloud platforms may suffice (AWS, Google Cloud Platform).

SAML Single Sign-on, Multi-Factor Authentication, Cloud Identity, and SaaS Identity administration/deployment experience.

Ability to understand architecture/design, and administration of networks (firewalls, routers, switches, and load-balancing technology.)

Intermediate to expert-level experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing network problems and determining the most appropriate means of resolving problems and issues to improve network performance.
