AlternatEV provides end-to-end solutions for developing EV charging infrastructure for homes, offices, highways, and roadside dhabas. Our mission is to make electric vehicle charging accessible and convenient for everyone. We are located in Guwahati and offer a flexible work environment that includes some remote work.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is located in Guwahati but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new sales leads
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Understanding of the electric vehicle industry and charging infrastructure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
