Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Development Executive role at Bungalow Makers. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing strong business relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong understanding of Business and Sales Principles
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven Account Management experience
• Experience working in the Architecture/Construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with project management, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to analyze market trends and data.
