Role Description:

As a Logistics Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the sales process within the logistics department. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and external clients. The primary objective is to drive sales growth and maximize profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate sales activities: Plan and organize sales efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and client meetings.

2. Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

3. Provide sales support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.

4. Coordinate logistics operations: Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, transportation, and warehousing to ensure smooth execution of logistics services.

5. Resolve issues: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.

2. Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

5. Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management principles is a plus.
