Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kanpur for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's education programs and ensuring their effective implementation. The Program Manager will work with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and evaluate program goals, strategies, and policies. The Program Manager will also coordinate program activities, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, preferably in education or a related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and evaluation
• Experience with budgeting and resource management
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in a rural or low-resource setting is a plus
