Role and Responsibilities: As an Inside Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails. You will need to understand customer needs and requirements, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for further development and closure. Generating qualified leads and achieving monthly quotas will be crucial, along with researching accounts, identifying key contacts, and generating interest. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the prospect database within your assigned territory, as well as updating the CRM.

Candidate Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a sales background in the IT industry, preferably selling email solutions, messaging solutions, data center, or hosting solutions. Excellent communication skills, being an active listener, being versatile, and being presentable are essential qualities. Experience in lead generation and sales calls, as well as working on targets, is required. A track record of over-achieving quotas and experience in database management in a CRM system are also desired.
