Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for New client engagement and key account management in the IT Industry.

To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.

Responsible for getting new business with existing relationships as well as penetrating the accounts and adding new LOBs.

Tracking new clients in various industries

Building and maintaining relationships with new and old customers continually through a high volume.

Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.

Track weekly calls and appointments.

Effectively represent the company at various professional forums / Levels.

Ability to convince clients within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.

Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, good sales aptitude, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding persuasion, negotiation, and investigative skills with the ability to work effectively.
