Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Adequate Knowledge of Maintenance (PM, CBM & Trouble Shooting) of Machining Centre (Makino/Mazak/AMS/BFW/LMW) with Fanuc & Siemens control & drives, SPM, GPM, Cleaning machines, Hydraulic press.
2. Adequate Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi & Siemens), reading of program, modifications.            
3. Hands on experience of trouble shooting & fault finding , rectification on all types of Machine Tools.
4. Adequate Knowledge of IMS & OHSAS.
5. Experience on RCM, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance analysis, CBM, TBM
6. System Knowledge -SAP PM module, MS office, Good in PPT.
7. Work on Experience on TPM, TQM.
8. Adequate Knowledge of Legal, statutory requirements.
9. Adequate Knowledge of Spare Management.
10. Capability for handling of manpower.
