Position Summary We are actively seeking experienced Health Experts specializing in teleconsultation to join our team as Expert Consultants. As an Expert Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing remote health consultations, guidance, and expertise to individuals seeking personalized healthcare advice.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Teleconsultation:

· Conduct remote consultations with clients/patients seeking health advice. · Offer expert guidance on health-related queries, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and lifestyle recommendations .

Patient Engagement:

· Establish strong rapport and trust with patients through effective communication. · Provide ongoing support and follow-up as needed to ensure the well-being of patients.

Health Education:

· Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and lifestyle modifications. · Stay updated on the latest advancements in health and wellness to provide evidence-based advice.

Documentation:

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations. · Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.

Collaboration:

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed for comprehensive patient care. · Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualification: · Graduation from B Pharma is a must . Relevant educational background in healthcare (e.g., Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse, Nutritionist, Ayurveda etc.). Work Experience Competencies: · Proven 0-1 Year’s experience as a Health Expert, preferably with a focus on teleconsultation. · Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner. · Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and technologies. · Empathetic and patient-centric approach. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to adapt to changing technologies and healthcare trends. · Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
