2d drawing & GD&T
· Job Responsibilities:
· Making drawings/layout for detailed design approval for Welding fixtures & Assembly Robots, Special purpose Automation machines, Material handling pick/place and assembly systems, Robotics -Gripping systems and overall robotic cells, Material feeding mechanisms, Conveyors,
· Provide technical support to customer during all phases of design & development including product validation, start of production (SOP), and post-SOP.
· Communicate all engineering and development issues as needed to internal functions ? Program Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Warranty, and Engineering Management.
· Prepare and conduct technical presentations (Customer internal).
· Drafting the required Design specifications as per standard available process. Quality check of the prepared drawings.
· Assist and lead root cause analysis of technical issues in CAD & drafting service request.
