Role and title: Sales Operations Manager, Hunar Reports to: VP

Sales Position Summary: The Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of a company's sales team. This position involves overseeing and streamlining various sales processes, analysing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. The Sales Operations Manager's primary goal is to support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing insights, tools, and strategies that enhance the sales process. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Drives business by identifying sales opportunity and monitoring data. Set challenging yet achievable goals and track progress of on-site sales team allocated to you Prepare reports based on target, actual, and forecasted sales and report to reporting Head. Suggest improvements in the existing sales administration process. Actively use customer feedback to provide better services. Work in synchronization with the Marketing and Product Development teams to achieve company goals.
