As an IT Recruiter at Tamcherry, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
Manage candidate relationships and provide regular updates on their application status.
Extend offers of employment and negotiate salary and other terms as necessary.
Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate a seamless transition into the organization.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, including software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proactive and resourceful, with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow with NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform integrated with NetSuite ERP system. This individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
Integrate ServiceNow with NetSuite ERP system to automate business processes and data synchronization.
Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI policies to optimize user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide technical expertise.
Perform system configuration, customization, and administration tasks in ServiceNow platform.
Create technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow and NetSuite features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful web services.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteScript for customization and integration.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, Webhooks, and MID Servers.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
