The Role As an HR Associate you will be responsible for supporting the human resources functions and recruitment activities for the India team. Also perform generalist HR operations like ensuring that the set policies, procedures, and practices are being followed, maintaining the required HR & compliance reports, maintaining employee relations and conducting engagement activities, coordinating training and development programs, and sourcing and hiring qualified candidates for various positions as per business demand. Also offer 1st level support to managers and employees, maintain employee records, and repot employee grievances and disputes. You will play a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment for the local team.

Areas Of Responsibility - Proactively recruit for all open positions in India and manage end-to-end EE life Cycle of India employees
- Fully execute employee engagement Initiatives in India
- Complete, check, and process HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines so that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately.
- Respond to enquiries and assist employees and managers to complete HR-related forms to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete.
- Follow-up with employees, managers, or external agencies (e.g., government departments, insurance providers) to verify that the information provided is accurate and complete.
- Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure.
- Assist in other miscellaneous, day-to-day, generalist HR activities
Main Requirements - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR field
- Bachelor's degree required; Business or HR-related major preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
- Ability to build consensus, resolve issues, and work under pressure
- Strong time management skills and clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills (English language)
