Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets in the Banking sector. - Identify and cultivate new business possibilities to maintain a consistent flow of potential clients. - Develop and maintain solid connections with existing clients by offering outstanding customer service and meeting their financial needs. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet personal and team goals. - Stay current on industry developments, market circumstances, and competitor activity to inform your business strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve a smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction. - Prepare and provide frequent sales reports and performance analyses to management. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance. - Graduation from a recognized university. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
