Work Mode: 6 days/ General Shift || Work from office

Job Description

• Ensuring Budget numbers of MRP, Channel Contribution, Collection Value, Season Sell Thru% season wise
• Sell in and Sell out Management
• Business growth and Network Expansion
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
• Develop and expand the network of distributors and retailers
• Generate orders
• Negotiate with retailers about schemes and benefits of product
• Implement marketing schemes to attract consumers
• Ensure that the retailers are aware of and are delivering product knowledge to end consumers
• Collect feedback from consumers, retailers and distributors to identify pain points; understand if the customers are satisfied with the product; if they expect anything different etc.
• Support retailers with tertiary sales
• Implement planned marketing and promotional strategies
• Stock and Inventory Management:
• Ensure that the stocks reach the distributor on time
• Ensure that the delivered stocks are stored properly - Ensure that the bills are generated and paid on time
• Develop a route map for distribution of stocks to retailers
